I've really enjoyed attending Clare's Wednesday morning classes at Yoga, Barre, Pilates & Reformer Pilates in Knutsford over the past few months.
After hearing about her journey to India to complete her teaching training, I wanted to create a series of photographs that capture the strength, balance and dedication behind the practice.
