The Grange in Carshalton. The gardens were originally designed and laid out by Alfred Smee and documented in his 1872 book My Garden. His son built a house in the gardens around 1880. This house was destroyed by fire in 1960 and replaced by a modern building that was later remodelled into the building we see here. Today it is a restaurant.

This building on the corner of William Street and Wrythe Lane in Carshalton is rather odd. A modern extension has been added on the Wrythe Road which covers an older part of the building which you can just see above the extension.

Found these in an old scrapbook. They are for the first game of their semi-final at Sheffield Wednesday between Fulham and Birmingham City which ended 1-1. Fulham then went on to win the reply 1-0 at Maine Road, Manchester. The other ticket is from the final that year - 1975 - that Fulham ended up losing 2-0 to West Ham.
