Ben & Chloe are engaged 💍
⠀
Most couples tell me before their session, “We’re not good at posing,” “We feel shy,” or “We don’t know what to do in photos.” And honestly you don’t need to.
⠀
Whether it’s a proposal, engagement session, or pre-wedding shoot, almost everyone feels a little nervous at the beginning. Being in front of a camera can feel unfamiliar, especially when you want everything to look perfect.
⠀
But the truth is: the most beautiful photographs rarely come from perfect posing. They come from real moments the laughter between you, the way you naturally look at each other, the quiet touch of a hand, the genuine emotion you didn’t even realise was there.
⠀
My role as your photographer is not just to take photos it’s to guide you, help you feel comfortable, and create a relaxed atmosphere where you can simply enjoy being together. I know how to direct gently, when to step in, and when to step back to capture something honest and natural.
⠀
You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to be “photogenic.” You just need to show up as yourselves.
⠀
The first few minutes may feel a little awkward and that’s okay. By the end of the session, most couples tell me they actually had fun and forgot the camera was even there.
⠀
So if you’ve been worried about feeling uncomfortable in photos, let this be your reminder: it’s normal, and you’re in good hands. 💫
⠀
Your only job is to enjoy the moment together I’ll take care of the rest.😌
