A morning I remember with delight, Catherine and Ed getting ready at Sparkford Hall.

When you both get ready in the same venue it means I can seamlessly move between both mornings, capturing the anticipation, the quiet moments, the laughter with friends, and all those little details unfolding at the same time.

Being able to document both sides of the story creates a much richer, more complete wedding gallery, from the final touches before the ceremony to the moment they finally see each other.

A beautiful reminder that every wedding day is made up of two stories becoming one. ✨

One of the things couples often notice about my approach is how relaxed the day feels.

For most of your wedding, I’m documenting everything as it naturally unfolds, capturing genuine moments, real emotions, and all the little interactions in between.

When it comes to couple portraits, though, I switch gears slightly. Rather than leaving everything to chance, I’ll offer gentle direction and prompts to help you feel comfortable, make the most of the time we have, and create images that truly do you justice.

It’s never about stiff posing or awkward smiles. It’s about using the best light, the surroundings available, and a little guidance to create natural photographs that still feel like you.

The result? Beautiful, authentic portraits without taking you away from your day for too long.
