Congratulations to Joe Wright on the launch of his new book Reimaginged Landscapes. The book is currently available to buy in both standard and limited edition formats from the gallery.

As well as a beautifully curated show of polaroid lift images both Al Brydon and Joseph have published numerous books which can also been seen as part of the One Exhibition.

The gallery is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 11-4pm booking by appointment via our website.

Inside the Outside is delighted to announce the exhibition publication to accompany our current exhibition ONE is now available to pre-order. In fact, not one book, but two!

As with all our publications, this will be a limited edition print run. Especially so with this one as there are a number of manual processes in putting it together.

We're so excited about this exhibition. To tell the truth, we were excited 18 months ago because we knew the work was original, creative and informed.

After the anxiety, frustration, disappointment, false start, tentative hope it feels like a small triumph to finally get this work on the walls.

Five days to go until the opening of our next exhibition. We thought as a little teaser we would share a link to each photographer. Al Brydon http://www.al-brydon.com is a photographer based in the North of the UK, and as he puts it, "is less tall than he seems on the internet."

Joseph Wright https://www.josephwright.co.uk is a photographer, photo-book designer and publisher based near Swindon in North Wiltshire. Jo is quite tall! Of course now you'll have to come along to the opening of the exhibition to judge their height for yourselves.

Joking aside, these guys are huge in stature when it comes to the creative process of making images.

As well as their own photographic practices, both are founder members of 'Inside The Outside', a collective who have come together to share ideas and celebrate the landscape. https://www.inside-the-outside.com

We are thrilled to announce that after a very long COVID hiatus we are able to announce a new exhibition. Originally planned for March 2020, we will be showing original work by Al Brydon and Joseph Wright: two of the founding members of the landscape collective, ‘Inside the Outside.’

The exhibition title - ONE, reflects the Polaroid-transfer technique utilised by the artists to produce truly original images. These one-off prints have to be seen up-close in order to reveal their delicacy and detail.

Please join us on Saturday the 21ST of August 12-6 pm. We would love you to join us for an informal chat with the artists. The gallery will be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 11-4pm by appointment, you can now booking on our website. If you are unable to visit at these times we are always happy to open by appointment.

It's been a while since we put on a show at Tilt and Shift Gallery but we're thrilled to announce our next exhibition. We will be hosting a private view of these beautiful one-off polaroid transfers from co-founders of Inside the Outside Al Brydon and Joseph Wright. Please join us on Saturday the 28th of March 5-7 pm we'd love you to join us for drinks and informal chat with the boys. The gallery will be open on Tuesdays and Saturdays 11-3pm or if you are unable to visit at these times we are always happy to open by appointment.
