Liverpool based photographer Liam Dobson has been using photography as his main medium for bringing people along with him on his little escapades for the past 10 years or so, utilising an ol' faithful Canon 400D for the vast majority of his pictures! Turning his hand to primarily hiking and landscape photography, Liam has tried to develop a number of techniques to recreate the intensity, emotion and passion within these arenas, and turn it into a unique and memorable photograph.

If anyone is looking for somewhere to visit tomorrow, I definitely recommend Cwm Idwal. It's a very people friendly location, easy to walk around, with some scrambling for the adventurous. Easily accessible, and easy to find (just put in Ogwen Cottage on your GPS), its a must for anyone of any experience level. It can get a bit busy midday, not so much that it's a big issue, but if you're like me and like a bit of solitude, I'd recommend getting there early if possible.
