A recent enquiry about dandelion prints sent me back into my archive to look at some images I haven't shared for a while.

Dandelions are such familiar flowers, but I love the delicate structure of their seed heads and the possibilities they offer for more creative, atmospheric photography.

I've selected a few different images to share here, including Clouds of Time, a limited-edition fine art print featuring a close-up of a dandelion seed head with soft textures (now back on my website)

St George’s Hall Artisan Market - Sunday 1 November 📷✨

A beautiful Liverpool landmark, a collection of local independent makers, and a chance to discover something a little different!

Just like my limited-edition print 'Outside St George's'. 😊

This Sunday I'll be at St George's Hall with my limited edition art photography prints, alongside other local independent artists and makers.

And this is a proper makers market - celebrating creativity, original work and the people behind it. It's a chance to support local creatives, discover something unique and spend time inside the spectacular Great Hall.

I'll be bringing plenty of my Liverpool limited edition art photography, ideal for a distinctive Christmas gift too! ❤️

Onwards - A path leading into the unknown ...

There's something about a path that draws you in. You find yourself wondering where it leads and what stories the place might hold.

The To***co Warehouse, Liverpool - seen a little differently.

I've always loved the imposing architecture and scale of the To***co Warehouse, but I wanted to give this familiar Liverpool landmark a slightly different feel, so I decided to give you twice the number of bricks, with a 'reflection', creating an image that's not quite what it first appears to be!

A little piece of classic Cornwall.

St Ives harbour, photographed from the window of Pedn Olva whilst having my lunch! (never stop looking for that next photo! 🤣). They do an excellent seafood chowder by the way!

Sometimes you don't need to do anything unusual with a scene - the colours, the light and the view itself are enough. I absolutely love the way that the colours change with the changing weather & light - it's no wonder that St Ives has always been an inspirational place for artists.

There are only 62 days until Christmas! Just a gentle reminder that if you are buying a print online as a gift, please try and get your order in as soon as possible before couriers and the postal system go into meltdown!
Of course you can still buy in person from my space in Red Brick or at my (many!) events from now until Christmas!

I'm back from a wonderful week in St Ives, Cornwall - my very favourite place to relax and unwind (but only out of peak holiday season!)
Of course, I took a few (!) photos.... this one is my take on the harbour - in camera double exposure. Can you work out how I've done it?
