Thank you to St. Aloysius Primary School Lisburn for inviting us in to help with their virtual school tour.

We had so much fun helping them create this fun video and the welcoming feeling from all staff and pupils just shines through in this video.

Grianán of Aileach is probably the best known monument in Inishowen, County Donegal. Situated on a hilltop 250m above sea level the view from the stone fort of Aileach is breathtaking.
The Stone Fort of Grianán of Aileach sits on a hilltop in Inishowen County Donegal. 250m above sea level, the stone fort was probably first built on an earthen rath. The view from Aileach is breathtaking. The glistening waters of Lough Foyle and Lough Swilly are clear, as is the form of the entire peninsula. A windy and exposed place, Grianán has been a silent witness to the history of Ireland

📍The Emery Celtic Cross ☘️

The Emery Celtic Crossis a gigantic 125 by 70-metre cross planted on the side of Bogay Hill just to the north of Killea and can be seen from the road between Killea and Newtown Cunningham. Though it can just be seen from the road, it is best seen from the air. It was created by Liam Emery in the early 2000s by using over 3,000 trees of two different types with the cross planted in Japanese Larch which turns a golden colour in the Autumn. The outer trees are evergreen.
