There’s something special about Everton 💙

A community built on tradition, passed down through generations. And as much as I loved Goodison, I can say the new stadium felt right at home.

The Titanic Hotel Liverpool sits right next to the new stadium and made the perfect home base to experience Liverpool. Amazing rooms, dockside views, a spa to recharge after match day, and one of the best breakfasts in the city.

Hiking the Old Man of Storr in the Isle of Skye has been on my mind for ages. The early morning snowfall and sunlight shining at the peak were the ultimate combo.

Scotland is definitely one of my favorite places and even better with the fam. Can’t wait for more hikes and adventures in Skye and the Highlands & Islands.

A Welsh Adventure: Coasteering & Surfing in Wales!

The Welsh coastline in the southwest corner of Great Britain makes it a prime location for an outdoor adventure. Wales may be known for its history and stunning castles but this trip to Wales was all about the coast which is why we signed up for a morning of coasteering

This is why I love traveling in the off-season. There are no crowds or lines and some of the biggest attractions. The weather may not always cooperate but I’ll take a little rain over massive crowds any day. This castle was one of many we had to ourselves on our road trip

If you look in the distance you can see the sheets of rain about to hit the drone. After driving 2.5 hours through the rain and snow we had about a 10 minute window to get shots of this castle. The drone got a little wet but it survived and it was worth it. The weather changes constantly in Scotland but that’s all part of the road trip

Highlands and Islands. That’s been the focus of our road trip on Scotland so far. This week we’ll be exploring Scotland by car. I haven’t been back here since the Ryder Cup in 2014 and excited to see some new parts of the country

This section of the coastline in Wales represents it well. It’s rugged, has beautiful beaches, green pastures, and endless waves. The best part is the National Trail allows you to hike the entire coast uninterrupted and enjoy this coastline year round.

St Davids Lifeboat Stations on the far tip of West Wales. These boathouses are just one of many beautiful sites along the Wales National Trail that extends the entire coast. The boathouses were established in 1869 after numerous shipwrecks nearby. 150 years later, and 320 lives saved, they’re still rescuing people off the shores of Wales today.

I want to hang these Rhossili Bay waves on my wall! This beach is considered one the best beaches in Wales due to the golden sands and rolling surf. It’s also home to Worm’s Head, one of Gower’s most famous landmarks and even a shipwreck emerges from the sands at low tide. This time of year it is almost empty but during the summer months this is one of Britain’s most popular beaches!

Have you heard of coasteering? I hadn’t until planning my trip to Wales, but today we experienced it for the first time with and loved it. It involves navigating the coastline by jumping off these cliffs, scrambling across the rocks below, and swimming through the surf
