We love meeting couples who are intentional about their wedding. They think carefully about what matters most to them and create a day that reflects those things.
From our very first call with Lou & Owen, we had that sense. Their questions, their plans, the flow of the day, and the heart behind their wedding were a true reflection of who they are as a couple. They were such a joy to photograph.
Capturing their wedding:
We wanted to bring romance, joy, and a calm look into their images. One thing that immediately caught our attention was how intentional and thoughtful they are. Their relationship is beautiful, and it was important for us to allow that to come through naturally during their portraits, even in the middle of busy London.
They had a first look in a private garden and spent some quiet time together before the ceremony. For the rest of the day, we didn’t want to interrupt the natural flow of events. Every moment was candid and real, which is our favourite way to photograph a wedding. The result was a collection of images that reflects their connection with each other and with the people they love.
