WHATS LEFT!! York City is one of the most historic cities in England. The architecture speaks for itself, the challenge as a photographer was trying to capture the whole building without modern attachments, advertisements, to name but a few. I have now several images all taken and adjusted to remove modern day signs and crowds etc.

It is one of the largest Gothic churches in Northern Europe and the seat of the Archbishop of York.
