Honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better photographer for our wedding day! 🥹

Steve was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

My husband absolutely HATES having his photo taken, but Steve somehow made him feel completely at ease. He’s so funny and was constantly cracking jokes, which made everything feel so relaxed and definitely helped us get some of the best shots!

He was also brilliant with the kids and just fit in so well with everyone. Before I walked down the aisle, he made me feel so beautiful and confident too ❤️

The communication throughout has been incredible.

I genuinely trusted Steve to capture the memories of one of the biggest days of my life, and he absolutely smashed it. Looking through the photos, we have so many little moments captured that we might not have even noticed on the day, and I love that so much.

He’s not only an incredibly talented photographer, but such a genuinely lovely guy too. We honestly couldn’t recommend him enough and we’re so glad he was there to capture our day! 📸❤️

Emma and Ben tied the knot on a beautiful, sunny Friday in July at The Barn at Morley’s Hall in Astley, near Leigh.
The day was full of smiles, relaxed moments, and plenty of character, with the newlyweds raising a glass together inside the venue’s wonderfully rustic bar.
The Barn at Morley’s Hall is one of my favourite local wedding venues and, in my opinion, one of the best wedding venues for miles around. The exposed brickwork, warm wooden interiors, and surrounding Lancashire countryside provide an excellent variety of backgrounds for natural wedding photography. It looks impressive without feeling overly formal, which helps couples and guests relax in front of the camera.
The venue is a converted barn situated just off the East Lancashire Road in Astley, close to Leigh, Tyldesley, and Worsley. Couples can hold both their wedding ceremony and reception at the venue, as it is licensed by Wigan Council for civil ceremonies.
What particularly stands out is the attention to detail. The décor complements the rustic building beautifully, the grounds offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor wedding photographs, and the staff is consistently friendly, organised, and attentive.
Emma and Ben were a pleasure to photograph, and the setting suited their relaxed summer wedding perfectly. Congratulations to you both, and thank you for allowing me to capture part of your day.
