Head HeART and Eye

These sessions will include using different creative forms of media to develop unique methods of self expression. Students are encouraged to trust their intuition by learning to notice and embrace what they think and feel.

Everyday with you is a reminder to be present in each moment and to actually see the beauty in it all... even when it feels like a struggle. You look at me with those questioning eyes waiting to observe my reaction, and I look at myself and just try really hard to hold space for it all. And to breath, breathing helps.
