UPDATE 🏆

March through until May will see the return of the County FA's County Cup series across the Midlands.

This week, I have been scheduling games and planning travel across the period to cover a number of games throughout this period and thought I would share an image taken from last years Leicestershire & Rutland County FA - Challenge Cup final.

I am excited to once again take on the games and deliver imagery that can be shared across the FA network. Hopefully I will get to see some of you across the games!

Excited to be in talks with The Wheelchair Football Association booking in this years events.

I have been lucky enough to be partnered with the WFA for almost 10 years and what a 10 years it has been.

From photographing the Premiership and Championship weekends to the Disability Cup Finals, to even having opportunities to capture the sport internationally. It has been a hell of an experience.

So proud to continue this partnership, capturing their imagery for use across their network.

Here's to the next 10 years!

Throwback to the recent Loughborough Santa run for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People!

Over 960+ Santas took to the streets accompanied by Beryl & Feryl from Loughborough Town Hall to raise funds for this wonderful charity.

Events like the Loughborough Santa Run don’t just spread holiday cheer; they help raise vital awareness and funds for the work Rainbows do all year round. 🌈 I must say, it's an absolute pleasure to be involved in!

700+ people turned out at The Derby Santa Run on behalf of Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity and what a spectacle to be involved in!

It was an absolute pleasure to see you all in action completing the 5k in such fashion. Everyone still had their Santa suits on at the end, whilst rocking their medals and some accompanied by a jacket potato from Spud Man!!

Well done to everyone!!

The second day of the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People abseil took place yesterday following Storm Amy blowing her way through the event on the 4th.

The rescheduled event saw over 50+ participants take on 200+ft abseil down the clock face of Derby Cathedral to raise funds for this amazing charity and as always it has been an absolute pleasure to meet everyone at the top and watch them descend!

What a wonderful end to October!

Day one of the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People abseil - IT WAS A WET ONE!

Each daredevil arrived with a massive smile on their face, ready to take on the challenge of abseiling down the clockface of Derby Cathedral!

They each climbed 189 steps up to the roof of the cathedral’s iconic tower. Once at the top, each duo received an introduction into the abseiling process before enjoying expansive views (through the rainclouds) of the city, before being harnessed up, and braving the 212ft abseil back down.

It's always an event not to be missed!!

I'll be shooting across the new two-day extravaganza, so can't wait to see all of tomorrows participants out in force!!

Currently working the 24/25 Awards project with Derbyshire County FA which allows me meet the winners and see some wonderful grounds/facilities throughout the county.

Year on year this project becomes more and more involved, allowing me to hear what motivates volunteers and about the amazing things they have done throughout their involvement.
