Happy Easter!

We're well into the break now as Leicester start the holidays a week earlier than everywhere else. The kids have been WILD and I'm really craving some sunshine so I can let them loose a bit more.

Time to park on the sofa, watch a film and countdown until bedtime!

Well 2023 has been one to remember!

Professionally I've moved on more this year than any other year to date. I finished my HNC with a distinction in every unit which I am so proud of and I don't think I'll ever let that settle in! 🎓

I completed my first public exhibition and made work that I absolutely love and adore and to be able to share that and have it understood for the first time, was the most incredible feeling.

I'm working for the most amazing company with people I have so much fun with, in an industry I love. When work is your hobby, you're on to a good thing! 📷

Here's to a busy and exciting 2024!! 🥂

Digging in Nanny's garden.

I love this photo. It's my mum's glamorous hand over the spade that makes me recall how spontaneous and scatty she is. Never makes plans, very impulsive. She decided the garden needed digging so grabbed all the grandkids and started on it straight away.

Grandchild number 4 caught me in the act, at the decisive moment.
