The most beautiful celebration of Emily & Yekta this weekend 💕

From guests singing ABBA during the ceremony, to inflatable gladiator battles, a rodeo bull that was an absolute hit, incredible live music from the Iranian band, and finishing the night with an unlimited crêpe van (yes… I made sure to grab one before I left 🍓🥞), this was a wedding I’ll never forget.

The whole day was so unapologetically them. They figured out exactly what they wanted to do without compromising on something they felt was expected as part of a ‘traditional’ timeline. Every part of the day reflected who they are, and you could feel how special it made the day.

I always encourage my couples to plan the wedding they actually want, not the one they feel is expected of them. The best weddings are the ones that feel like you.

Safe to say I’m ridiculously excited to get stuck into editing this gallery. 🥹💕

I adoreeeee the Saddleworth Hotel for some amazing newlywed portraits.

I’m not a *huge* fan of spending hours of your wedding day setting up lots of posed shots. Instead, I like to take you away for a little breather - a chance to soak in the fact that you’re actually married, have a laugh together, and capture some gorgeous photos without it feeling like a photoshoot.

Then it’s straight back to your guests to celebrate the rest of the day ✨

Words can’t describe how over the moon I was when I received Hannah’s message looking for a photographer 🙈

Going to the same school (how is it so many years ago already?), imposter syndrome very quickly settled in…

I was so excited to capture Hannah & Rory’s day despite the nerves, but settled in quickly with the warm reception and being at a very familiar venue 🥰.

A gorgeous morning getting ready at the hotel 🥹. I always loveeeeee seeing first looks (you may catch me shed a tear), but it definitely felt a little more lovely than normal.

Solen & Jamie at Sale Town Hall 💕

An intimate ceremony with their nearest and dearest…

I whisked them away to a nearby park we found and we took a stroll through having a little laugh and breather whilst they soaked in the fact they’re MARRIED 🥳

It’s so gorgeous and feels like such a privilege getting to capture days like this. It may sound cliche but the air is filled with love and the atmosphere is electric. Your friends and family melt into one before me and as I capture the ceremony or day I can’t help but feel like part of something magical.

✨ Golden hour magic at Formby Beach 🌅

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Emily & Connor—winners of my recent giveaway—during the most stunning sunset. We strolled along the shoreline, laughed, and simply enjoyed the moment. Their natural connection made capturing their love effortless, and I’m over the moon with the images we created together.

This session was a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do: capturing genuine moments of love and joy.
