✍️ Quick little note for you all ✨

You might notice sometimes that posts pop up even when I’m not active right at that moment — that’s because some of my posts are scheduled in advance!

I’m a busy mum first and always — I have my children to care for, a home to run and all the everyday jobs alongside sharing my story, my photography and everything I love creating here. Scheduling just helps me make sure I can keep showing up consistently, even on those days when life gets extra busy, chaotic or full on!

Please know though — every single word, every thought, every part of what I share is 100% me. It’s all my truth, straight from my heart ♥︎♡︎

And most importantly of all: I will always do my absolute best to reply to every comment, every message and every interaction you send my way. You guys are the reason I show up, you take the time to read, listen and support me, and that means more than I can ever say. I might not always reply straight away, or the second you comment — but I see every single thing, and I always make time to come back and connect with you as soon as I possibly can ♥︎♡︎

✨ Four for joy ✨

Look at this wonderful line-up I captured right here in my garden 🖤🤍

Four magpies, sitting perfectly side by side along the old wooden fence — bold, bright, and so calm, like they’d gathered just to let me take their picture.

We all know the old, familiar rhyme…
One for sorrow ♥︎
Two for joy ♡︎
Three for a girl ♥︎
Four for a boy♡︎
Five for silver♥︎
Six for gold ♡︎
Seven for a secret, never to be told ♥︎

So four together? That’s pure good fortune, double the joy, and all the best things coming your way.

I’ve always loved these beautiful, striking birds — so clever, so full of character, and such a special sight whenever they visit. They feel like little messengers, bringing a touch of magic right into the everyday.

I stood still and quiet, hardly daring to move, just watching them for a moment — and I’m so glad I got this shot, keeping that little piece of nature’s beauty safe ✨

Sometimes the most special moments are the simplest ones, right there in front of you, if you just pause long enough to look 📸
