So on Sunday, we got our Girls Christened, alongside our Nephew. It was a very, jam packed, fun filled day for all and we are feeling very grateful for the people we are surrounded by.
Being the Photographer of the Family, it proved a little difficult when it was me who was co-hosting this event! Luckily, my Uncle stepped in for the Church and between ourselves we worked through the party afterwards. Being the Photographer, to me, it's "the norm" to be rushed off my feet, pulling people for photographs and posing people etc but when I took a step back, I also saw it from your (the customer)'s perspective. Having to remember what photos I wanted, hunt people down, keep the kids entertained in one spot and everything else, I realised how much easier it must be for you, if I, your Photographer, knows your guests. I do like to try and get to know as many guests at events as possible but it's not always easy, as events can be very stressful for you hosts. So, I have decided to do something new. Any Events/Weddings booked, I will also be offering a Pre-Event/Pre-Wedding Consultation FREE in with all packages so I can get the chance to meet you and get to know a little more about what you're wanting before the day so I can relieve some stress.
Now I have made my way through all of our Photographs, I will be clearing my memory card and slowly prepping for a Special Joint Christening in less than 2 weeks for one of my returning Customers. 🌼
