The main thing I do at your wedding?
Photograph all the stuff that just happens. 🖤
The big moments, obviously.
But also the little ones.
The look your partner gives you when you’re not paying attention.
Your mum getting a bit emotional.
Your mates laughing together.
The hugs. The happy tears. The ridiculous dance moves.
The bits happening in the background that you didn’t even realise were happening.
Because for me, wedding photography isn’t about spending half your day standing in a line, smiling at the camera.
It’s about telling the story of your day as it actually happened.
Of course we’ll get some bloody lovely photos of the two of you. We’ll do the family photos. I’ll give you a bit of direction when you need it.
But then I’ll leave you to it.
Go get married. Go hug your favourite people. Go eat the cake. Go have a brilliant time.
I’ll be there, camera in hand, quietly catching all the bits in between.
Because those are often the photos that end up being the most treasured. 🖤📸
