So many teenage girls are carrying far more emotionally than people realise.
Behind the smiles, there can be:
Exhaustion
Anxiety
Saddness
Friendship struggles
Pressure to cope
Fear of not being enough
Self Harm
Sometimes what they need most is a safe space where they feel truly heard without judgment. Someone who is not a family member.
