Isn't it terrible when you forget to post pictures from weeks ago!!!!
I had completely forgotten about this set of images, until I was reminded about them today.
So here is a collection of birds from my last visit to North Cave Wetlands YWT
We have a Heron, a Mute Swan, 4 adorable ducklings and a juvenile Blackcap ( I think)

I have a confession to make.....When I said that I didn't see any Puffins at my last visit to RSPB Bempton Cliffs , I lied. While editing some more shots I discovered that I had captured 2 Puffins in a photo of a Seal!!!! To say I was excited was an understatement. Not only to capture the Seal but the 2 Puffins were a bonus. Not to take anything away from the Razorbills and the Kittiwake of course.

The sun was shining this morning, so off to North Cave Wetlands YWT I went.
An early visit but managed to capture some beautiful birds. This collection includes a diving Bluetit, a Lapwing, a cute little Wren and a Chiffchaff.

Some more shots from my visit to North Cave Wetlands YWT. This selection includes a Great Tit, a Dunnock, a Blackbird, a Thrush and finally a Blue Tit plotting how to get some food from under the beak of a Blackbird.

Finally some sunshine. After what feels like an eternity of dull grey skies and rain, we have some blue sky and sunshine. So off to Cave Wetlands YWT I went.
Lots of birds around, I managed to capture the Robin, Great Tit, Grey Heron, a very friendly Pheasant who walked right past me, and Bluetit sneaking some food from under the beak of a Song Thrush.
