WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

If you require just the essentials to be covered by your photographer,this may be just what you need, it’s perfect for small affairs, or maybe because you just want the basics covered.
So the services I now offer are ideal for couples who just want the essentials covered.
Single Venue / Essential Service:
Back in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s couples would approach a photography studio for them to arrange a photographer to take the essential images of the wedding. If you have seen your grandparents wedding pictures you will know there were usually between 12 and 30 pictures, depicting the bride, the groom, bridal party, some groups, and a few of the happy couple, this is what I am offering here, albeit with more images, the essentials covered at a price most couples can manage.
Up to 2 hours’ coverage, which will include the brides’ arrival, wedding service, and further photographs in the office gardens or a nearby park. Normally between 50 - 80 images supplied via download from a secure gallery.
Hull registry area £130 / Beverley registry area £150 / Bridlington, Scunthorpe, Pocklington, Cleethorpes registry areas £170
Standard Wedding Service:
Up to 3 hours coverage which can commence with either the final prep images in your hotel, or your arrival at the wedding venue. Where permitted images of the ceremony, the exchange of rings and the first kiss. Then onto those important group shots and of course the confetti throw. I then like to spend around half an hour with just the couple to obtain some memorable images for you to look back on in the years ahead. I will also take candid images of your guests whilst waiting for the wedding breakfast to commence, and possibly time to photograph the speeches if held before the meal.
Normally between 80-130 images supplied via download from a secure gallery. Price from £300

I love photographing weddings, what’s not to like? Smiley people full of happiness, and I have the privilege of capturing those emotions.
I purchased my first proper camera way back in time (1976) , when the backs of cameras were black and you couldn’t see the images, until you had either developed them yourself or sent the film away for developing, no instant gratification!
I have now reached retirement age, and I still take wedding photographs. Why? Simply because I love doing it, and I make no apology for being one of the older local wedding photographers, it gives me an edge in the experience department, and there’s not much I haven’t seen! I have however taken the decision to stop all day coverage, so it’s a maximum of 3 hours for me.

Why no full day’s coverage you ask? Well, I am now officially an O.A.P and rather than just let all my experience just disappear, and more importantly as I still enjoy photographing weddings with all their emotion and atmosphere, I decided to continue offering my services but on a reduced scale.
