Dave Softley - Oh no, not him again
Martin West - Evening at Clevedon
Andy Cotton - Into the bend

Tonight we were guests for our annual meet up with our locals, Westfield Photographic Club.
We changed things up this year and rather than competing against our neighbours, we came together for a great evening showcasing our work as a club.
We all took something away from the meeting, including other ways of judging competitions, fun ideas for practicals and different subjects and techniques.
We hope to put some collaborations together both inside the clubs and out with the cameras in the near future.
Thanks again to Westfield PC for having us.

Thursday night was our first themed competition night of the year, long exposure.

Not the easiest of subjects but we had a good number of entries, so thank you to all who took part!

The winner of the long exposure comp was Martin West!
Second place was awarded to Glyn Kaye and third place Martin Acott.

The highest scoring image from the night was joint between Martin Acott’s ‘Rocks at Sunset’ and Alan Kirkby’s ‘Oil Refinery’.

Here’s the winning images from the night!
