This fantastic Bullfinch is currently on the amber list, Bullfinch numbers have declined by 24% across the UK in just 5 years!
There are several reasons this is happening, but it seems the biggest contributor to their decline is a disease called Trichomonosis and this disease also effects many other birds.

We can help.... If you have bird feeders in your garden you can help, just by cleaning the feeders with a mild disinfectant once a week, we can all help reduce the spread of disease for the birds that visit our garden feeders.
