🧬 Dr. Andrew Stanfield, Dr. Leena E. Williams, and Dr. Damien Wright have won a $100,000 FRAXA research grant. Their clinical study, "Somatosensory Processing as a Therapeutic Target for Fragile X Syndrome," focuses on the profound connection between touch and anxiety in individuals with Fragile X syndrome. Investigators at the Patrick Wild Centre and The Simons Initiative for the Developing Brain are propelling this research forward! 🌟
