How is everybody? Sorry it's been a bit quiet on the social media side, but it's just not high on the priority list at the moment.
Work and life are, which brings us to the lovely Charlotte and Andrew, who tied the knot at Neidpath Castle on 3rd September. A lovely, chilled day with close family there to share the day. A lovely ceremony conducted by Ailsa McMillan Humanist Celebrant Afterwards we managed to explore the castle, cut the cake before heading back to Peebles Hydro.

Beautiful flowers for the day were made up by the talented bride Charlotte 👌

Victoria and Craig ❤️ Traquair House 18th August 👌

Victoria and Craig's journey from Elgin to Traquair House the previous day was a grueling 10-hour ordeal on the A9. However, it was all but forgotten the following day as they exchanged vows in the upper library of Traquair House. The library provided lovely intimate setting for the exchange of vows, with Victoria's father proudly escorting her to the ceremony and her mother serving as the second witness.

Tiff and Nicola ❤️ 25th July Fairybraes 💚

What a fantastic day Nicola and Tiff, their family, and friends had at Fairybraes. The week leading up to the wedding day was forecasting rain all day, which isn't ideal for an outside wedding. Thankfully, by mid-day, the light rain had gone and was replaced by hot sun for the day 🙏🏻. Nicola and the team did a great job with the decor and planning for the day. The extra evening's entertainment was provided by Border Rodeo Bull great idea and great fun for all, too many photos to share here.

Corinne and Tim ❤️🇺🇸❤️ 18th July Neidpath Castle

C&T came over from the states to get hitched at Neidpath Castle with their closest family. What an amazing day we had, the weather looked like it was going to break but stayed warm and sunny 🙏🏻 They exchanged rings, tied the knot and finished it off with dranking from a quaich. After the ceremony it was just the most relaxed and chilled day, perfect. Thank you for intrducing me to Buffalo Trace, I will never touch any other kind of bourbon again.

Linda & Norman ❤️❤️ 24th June "The Cauld"

On one of the hottest days of the year the hottest couple in Innerleithen got hitched up at The Cauld. It was a first for me and probably the first wedding at this beautiful scenic spot.

Rhona and Callum ❤️ "The Mclouds" 22nd June, Brig o' Doon.

A new venue for me, and wow, I'm keen to get back there. Not gonna lie, I was a bit stressed as I always try to get to a venue before a wedding to check it out. No need, though - the staff were amazing, and it runs like clockwork. The ceremonial hall is just awesome, and the gardens are immaculate. Five years ago, I photographed Rhona's brother Fraser's wedding, and she thought I did a great job, so she though it was a no brainer to hire me 🙏🏻❤️.

The day started with a lazy drizzle of rain and ended up in glorious late afternoon sun, to be honest a perfect Scottish wedding day. Loads of happy tears and laughter, the best wedding day you can have.

Something a bit different to the usual wedding photos. A 360 of my home town Innerleithen, the picture quality of this wee Mavic mini 5 pro is amazing. This was shot last night, the light was really nice but with a gusty westerly wind it coped well.

Tabitha and Jerry ❤️ 5th May Traquair House

What a fantastic day we had, yes it was cold 🥶 and yes we had rain in the forcast, but we got lucky and had the outdoor ceremony they wanted. Bonny the ring bearer stole the show for me. After the lovely ceremony, drinks and canopies were had but the north east wind forced everybody inside for a warm up. Tabby and Jerry braved the cold for a few photos around the house and gardens before heading back for a warm by the fire.
