Our visit to Mercia Marina, one of the Countries largest inland ports marked the maiden flight of the new DJI Mini 4.

From tranquil waters reflecting the sky to the vibrant life dotting the docks, this little drone captured it all. 📍

Would you pay up to £8k for a replacement roof if it was left in this condition? ⛔

Our customer was left concerned after initially instructing a contractor to repoint their ridge tiles & ended up paying for an entire new roof including breathable membrane, new battens & replacement tiles after being told the roof was bowing in the middle.

We were asked to inspect the condition of the roof on our clients behalf so they could make a decision on how best to proceed next. We found debris left in the valley, many cracked and missing slates, mortar dropped down the roof slates and left to set just to name a few things. 👎

Who remembers the old American Adventure Theme Park located on the outskirts of Heanor, Derbyshire??

The park closed back in January of 2007 and is now making way for a housing development called Shipley Lakeside. We recently popped by to check on the progress at the site and to document the ever changing landscape in this area.

Congratulations to Advanced Roofing & Cladding for being named as finalists in this years NFRC UK Roofing Awards in the Rainscreen Facades category! 🍾
