Remember the little birthday girl who looked at her cake as if it had personally offended her? 🎂😭😂

Well, I thought it was only fair to show the other side of the story...

Because while that photo captured one very dramatic moment, the rest of her session was filled with giggles, cheeky smiles, and lots of fun! 🩷

That's one of the things I love most about photographing little ones — a single image can tell one story, but a whole gallery shows their true personality. Thank you so much to everyone who sent kind messages, wished my daughter luck, and cheered her on over the weekend. Your support meant so much!

I'm incredibly proud to say that she achieved an amazing 4th place in her duet and an incredible 2nd place in her team piece. As you can imagine, I'm one very proud mama! 🥹💃🏆

The standard at this year's championships was exceptionally high, with so much talent on display, making these achievements even more special.

Allegiant Arts is also coming home with many fantastic awards and achievements, which is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of all the dancers and teachers involved.

A huge congratulations to every child and senior who took part in the championships this year. Whether you came home with a trophy, a medal, or simply the experience of performing on such a big stage, you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.

I may be a little slower than usual replying to messages over the weekend as I'll be in Blackpool supporting my daughter at her dancing championships.

I'm incredibly proud of all the hard work she has put in, and I'm keeping everything crossed for her and all the talented dancers representing Allegiant Arts. 🍀💃

Some weddings are beautiful. Some weddings are emotional. And then there are weddings like this one... ❤️

From the moment they saw each other until the very last celebration, the smiles never left their faces. Every glance, every laugh, every touch spoke volumes about the love they share.

There were emotional moments during the ceremony, joyful tears, heartfelt promises, and plenty of laughter. But it was the little things that made the day unforgettable – a spontaneous fist bump, an attempt at crossing arms during the toast, sharing pizza together, and countless goofy moments that had everyone smiling right along with them.

Their love, happiness, and unbreakable bond filled every corner of the room. It was one of those days where you could genuinely feel the love in the air.

After a long-awaited trip, I'm currently away visiting family and taking some much-needed time to recharge my batteries.

I'm taking a little break from being online so I can fully enjoy this special time and return feeling refreshed, inspired, and full of new ideas, exciting plans, and offers for the months ahead.

🔋 Battery Status Update 🔋

Somehow she woke up with 147% battery, three new dance routines, and enough sass to power the national grid...

Meanwhile, I've reheated the same cup of tea four times and can't remember why I walked into this room.

Parenthood: where one battery never dies, and the other somehow keeps going anyway. 😂

Some babies dive straight in. Some poke the icing with one finger. Some spend the whole session giving the cake suspicious side-eyes. And then there are the ones who are absolutely delighted from the moment they spot it! 🎂😁

One of my favourite things about cake smash sessions is that no two children react the same way. You can never predict whether they'll laugh, cry, investigate, demolish the cake in seconds, or proudly sit next to it looking like they've won the lottery!

That's what makes every session so unique — capturing their genuine personality and those little reactions that make parents smile for years to come. 🩵

This birthday boy was definitely in the 'best day ever' camp and I think his smile says it all! 🎉
