My Story
I'm Lucy, a Manchester based wedding & civil partnership photographer covering the whole of the UK, and beyond.
My passion for photography started back in college where I studied photography full time. I then went on to complete a degree in fashion styling and image making, where I got to be more creative with my work and I loved it. I was lucky enough during this time to get some of my work featured in multiple well known fashion magazines, like Purple and Vice magazine, and got to work with one of my favourite stylists, Alena Jackson. I even got to create my own zine which was sold in Magma in the Manchester Northern Quarter.
As a hopeless romantic, now my passion is capturing truly authentic emotions and moments. Making a move from fashion photography to wedding & civil partnership photography was natural for me, and getting to be a part of your special day is an added bonus.
When I'm not covering weddings, I'm somewhere up in the skies fulfilling another passion of mine, travel. As a part time air hostess I get to travel all around America, Europe and the Mediterranean. My ultimate dream is to be able to couple this with photography and capture people's wedding days all around the world.
