Cannot wait for Anna & James’s big day tomorrow!

They absolutely smashed their pre-wedding photoshoot. I genuinely think I took more photos during this session than I ever have at a pre-wedding shoot before - purely because these two brought so much energy! They were playful, completely relaxed with each other, and just unapologetically themselves. At one point they were literally dancing around the woods like nobody was watching, and it made for some ridiculously fun, creative and romantic photos.

Wandlebury turned out to be the perfect setting too; loads of variety, loads to interact with, and some incredible evening light to play with.

Safe to say, I’m very excited to do it all over again with them tomorrow.

Read this before swiping

Naomi & Josh got married at their new home, decorated with handmade bunting, lego flowers, and photos telling the story of their lives together so far. They were surrounded by family and close friends. Some had travelled halfway around the world to be there; others had simply walked down the street. Their ceremony was led by a familiar face, not a stranger from the registry office. He read from a book and from the heart, not a script on a clipboard.

While dinner was being prepared, we snuck out to the park for some photos and a few quiet moments together. When the food came out, the tables stretched all the way from one end of the room to the other, with extra chairs squeezed in wherever they could fit. Later, the little side room became a dancefloor where people danced until their feet hurt, collapsed onto sofas for a breather, and helped themselves to tiramisu for pudding.

It was an intimate day. Deeply personal, emotional, joyful, and centred around love, community, and the people who had shaped their journey to that moment. You really could feel how deeply these two were loved by everyone there.

Okay, now you can swipe

Suddenly, words like “home”, “family” and “intimate” start to mean something a little different. Because “home” meant St Luke’s Church in Hampstead Heath - the church where Josh works, and the place from which they’ll begin this next chapter of their lives together.

“Family and close friends” meant 300 people. Not only relatives, but two entire church communities gathered under one roof; people who had prayed for them, supported them, celebrated with them, and walked alongside them through life and faith. And “intimate” had absolutely nothing to do with guest count - because despite the scale of it all, the day still felt incredibly personal and connected from start to finish.

Finally, the love at the centre of the day wasn’t only the love Naomi & Josh have for each other, or the love felt from everyone surrounding them, but also their shared experience of God’s love too - something woven naturally through every part of the celebration.

It was a huge, joyful celebration that somehow still felt like home.

Louise & Paul 🤍

It was so good to be back at the stunning , and always a pleasure working alongside Callum from .films 🎥

The morning started with one big question hanging over the day: would the weather hold out for L&P’s dream outdoor ceremony? Thankfully, right on cue, the clouds cleared, the sun appeared, and the Eastington team worked their magic to get everything set up just in time. From that point onwards, the whole day burst into life.

This wedding was full of those little in-between moments that happen in the blink of an eye - the emotional glances and teary eyes, trying to get Maddie the spaniel to sit still for just one second, and of course the moment the kids fell off the swing 😂 Exactly the kind of moments I love documenting most.

The speeches perfectly balanced hilarious stories with genuinely heartfelt moments, but by the evening the dancefloor had descended into complete chaos once the glow sticks made an appearance… not to mention Paul’s secret dance move: the belly slide, which caught everyone completely off guard! I’m convinced he must have been practising that one on the kitchen floor because he executed it far too well.

A sparkler exit felt like the perfect ending to such an energetic, joy-filled day.

Congratulations again to the new Mr & Mrs Kiely-Dodd, and thank you so much for trusting me to tell your story.

Daisy & Matt

A perfect reminder of why I love pre-wedding photoshoots so much. Yes, they’re amazing for easing any nerves ahead of the wedding day and helping us get to know each other a little better… but they’re also just really good fun and a great excuse to spend an hour wandering somewhere meaningful together.

We headed to one of Daisy & Matt’s regular countryside walking spots near their home in Foxton. Quiet, relaxed, and probably pretty unremarkable to most people passing through, but special to them. Those are often my favourite places to photograph; locations that already hold memories before the camera even comes out.

Safe to say I’m now very excited to capture their full wedding day in Cambridge later this summer!

Sophie & Jack may have scaled their wedding plans back during the planning process, but honestly… you never would have known from the atmosphere on the day. From the moment they stepped out of the iconic , the energy never dipped. Everyone piled onto a retro London bus bound for , the drinks were flowing, the laughter was loud; everyone was just so happy to be there celebrating with them.

kicked it into another gear when he started singing and the party really started, with the s dancefloor where you know people are going to wake up the next morning with sore feet and no voice.

Such a fun one to capture from start to finish, and truly special having known Sophie for 10 years now ever since I first started working as a photographer!

Sigourney & Tom tied the knot at The Old Bridge Hotel in a small but incredibly intimate celebration, just a short walk from their home in Huntingdon ❤️

I always love the personal touches, and this day had so many of them. Every detail had been chosen for its meaning or lovingly handmade - including the abundant crocheted flowers, beautifully made by Sigourney and her mum, which filled the space and made everything feel so cosy and personal.

From start to finish, the day was full of belly laughs, happy tears, and the kind of warm, genuine love that reminds you what weddings are really all about! 🥰

The calm before the storm!

Before the mahoosive London celebration later on, Medya and Anil officially tied the knot with a small, intimate ceremony closer to home in Peterborough - and honestly, these kinds of days are always such a reminder that “small” never means “less special”.

Just the two of them, their closest people, a few happy tears, a lot of laughter, and one very important “I do”.

A lot of couples see the legal ceremony as “just paperwork” and don’t always consider having a photographer there, but moments like these are the perfect reminder that it’s so much more than that. The nerves, the excitement, the relief afterwards, the first kiss as newlyweds… it all deserves to be remembered just as much as the big celebration does.

Like I said, this was the calm before the storm, and trust me - the storm looked incredible! 🤩

2026 has been bu-sy to say the least… moving house, wedding season, LIFE 😅

I can’t believe it’s May already and I’ve basically shared none of the fun things I’ve been up to lately, so here’s a little sneak peek at some of the lovely couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with so far this year — with even more incredible love stories still to tell ❤️

Konstantinos’ well-laid plans came together perfectly. A quiet moment inside the Fitzwilliam and a question that changed everything. But there was more surprises in store for Georgia their friends were waiting outside with bubbly and big hugs, ready to celebrate into the evening.

We wandered through the streets of Cambridge afterwards, capturing all that just-engaged energy as it sank in. Georgia was absolutely buzzing - understandably so.

It was such a special evening to be trusted with, and one I will never forget.

I recently found out I’ve been named one of the most highly reviewed wedding photographers in Cambridgeshire for 2025 by , and it’s entirely down to the kind words left by the couples I’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing.

Every review, message, recommendation and bit of support is something I truly appreciate. This job has always been about people first, and I’m so grateful to every couple who trusted me to document such an important part of their story.

And to those who stick around here long after their wedding day, that genuinely means a lot. Seeing your faces pop up again as life continues, your stories unfold and families grow - knowing the connection doesn’t end once the photos are delivered is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you, and here’s to an exciting year ahead!
