You can have a top social strategy, perfect branding, a great product - but if you don't believe in yourself, that stuff won't be efficient.

I write this after recently having a pretty severe case of imposter syndrome. I felt like I didn't have the capability to achieve my goals, that I wasn't good enough (especially after having a baby!) This impacted the performance of my small business because I didn't have confidence in myself to find solutions to the issues.

However, life has been happening at a fast pace this year, and I've come to the realisation that that won't change and I am the constant in my own universe. I'm not going anywhere. The problems I have faced in my biz weren't because of my character or the ideas I have, but in my confidence within myself to make the scary decisions that come with running a business - and yes, it's okay to ask for help if you need it. I have, and this in turn has helped me see a path forward.
