I love maternity shoots, however many mummy to be's don't like doing them because of how their bodies have changed and they don't feel like themselves anymore.

When I do their newborn shoot, many regret not doing the maternity photos.

I would always suggest getting them done so you can see your gorgeous baby belly for years to come and your children also get to see what you looked like when you were pregnant with them.

They are also great fun and I for one think you all look absolutely gorgeous.

I know that mums to be hate the way they don't look themselves anymore (and generally just think they are fat) but you are absolutely stunning, and will regret not getting photos of your beautiful baby bump.

Some people don't get the amount of work that goes into making photos as special as you can.

It's not just the travel to you and time I spend taking them, it's also editing all your photos too.

I don't charge what I should do (a few people have pointed this out) but I think it's mainly because you get some who make you feel like your prices are extortionate because someone in your area is charging a tiny amount with loads of images and loosing money.

I love taking photos, it's my dream but it is also a job. And I hope from the photo above you can see how much effort can go into the photo you eventually see.

This is not a moan post, but a " this is what goes into the job I love" post
