My name is Ryan Diver, a Northern Ireland based photographer. Before I start I want to thank my wife Ashleigh who has been the driving force behind starting this website. She has put up with my photography obsession for many years, her patience and belief in me has been amazing! I consider myself fantastically lucky to be a photographer. Living life through a lens has opened my eyes to countless s
pecial moments that would otherwise go unnoticed. Every loving exchange between a couple, every moment of excitement on a childβs face, every joke between friends, every walk down a new or familiar street; there is beauty and opportunity everywhere. My goal is to seek out this beauty and freeze it in time, retaining a record of the world as it was for just a fraction of a second. I believe in capturing natural and unchoreographed moments. Candid photography captures the true emotion of a scene; a moment that can never again be replicated. If my work creates a smile, a laugh, or even a tear, then I know I have succeeded. Photography is a journey of seeking, capturing and sharing; something I try to do every day (if the Northern Ireland weather allows it!).
