My Story

Welcome to my new page showing images taken through my personal journey.

My images and poetry have helped me through some very tough months and I am hoping that some of my work will help create more awareness of sufferers and victims of PTSD.

Mental health has become more accepted in general, however, many still find it incredibly difficult to speak about or know how to get help.

I struggled for many years trying to get help and was finally referred to St Andrews Healthcare who support me with therapy. This has been sponsored by the military.
