A little throwback for this weekend… and a very lovely one at that! 💛
I had the gorgeous Sophia back in the studio recently for some updated headshots, and we had such a fun session together.
And because apparently I’m not the only photographer in the room… 😂 Sophia’s mum, Karen, managed to capture some brilliant behind-the-scenes shots of us in action too! 📷
I absolutely LOVE seeing what goes on from the other side of the camera — although I’m never quite prepared for what I look like while I’m concentrating! 🤣
Such a lovely session, and I can’t wait to get stuck into editing Sophia’s images. ✨

There’s something about a Beagle face that’s very hard to resist. 🐾
Those eyes, those ears… and usually a fair bit of personality to go with them!
I came across this lovely one while looking back through some older work and thought it deserved another little moment in the spotlight.
Some faces are simply made for the camera. ❤️

So lovely to look back at Finley's headshot session. 📸
He's an absolute joy to photograph—his expressions are so natural, and he just keeps giving you so much to work with in front of the camera.
It came as no surprise to hear about his West End debut in Oliver! as Thomas Flinch in Fagin's gang. A huge congratulations to you, Finley! 👏

It definitely took a few treats and a bit of patience, but it was so worth it. I absolutely love capturing the unique character of each dog, and when they all come together like this, it creates something really special.
This has just been printed, and it looks absolutely beautiful. There's something about seeing your photos in print that makes them feel even more special. A lovely keepsake and a memory to treasure for years to come. 🐾❤️

I love this photo of Archie because it captures that wonderfully soulful spaniel expression. He has that gentle, thoughtful look in his eyes that just melts my heart. I could look at this portrait forever.

One of the things I love most about photographing dogs is capturing who they really are.
Every dog has their own unique personality, and for so many, that personality shines brightest when their favourite ball comes out! The determination in their eyes, the excitement of the chase, and the pure joy of the catch create moments that are impossible to fake.
Those action shots aren't just about movement—they're about preserving the spirit of your dog and the little quirks that make them so special.
