There are times when you enter a property and immediately feel at peace. Ship Cottage in Reedham Norfolk is one of those. I had the pleasure of staying there and photographing it last week, sitting on the banks of the River Yare with strong tidal flow. The house was created by the previous owner who made all the panelling, kitchen, and furniture, and has a really homely feel.
The house is thatched and very easy to relax in with a private walled garden and river views. We were even joined by a friendly seal who sunbathed on the other side of the river.

We shoot a lot of new develoments and there are times when you find a development that goes above and beyond what you expect. Developed by InlandHomesplc Centre Square in High Wycombe is one of these. There appears to be real thought and an understnding of the need for storage with a great finish.
