I’ve had endless log waves recently.

This board is exactly the same shape as the board I ride at home (9ft2 hound dog) just glassed traditionally and heavy. At first I couldn’t get the hang of it as it’s a little slower than my lightweight version at home. That changed when I went to riding it as a single fin and adjusted my approach, and now I love it. Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to it soon as the plane won’t take it home (yell if interested).

Thanks for making the board and I look forward to testing out the new sled when I get home 🙌🏻

So having had both vaccinations in the U.K. and complied with all requirements for negative tests, upon landing in Barbados I tested positive for COVID. I got a phone call saying I would be picked up from my accommodation and taken to a COVID isolation center that evening. I was picked up at midnight to then sit on a bus full of other people I assume who have tested positive. I was told nothing but get on the bus. I was on the bus for a hour and a half. Arriving at the isolation centre, a primary school, I was told to get off the bus, then pointed inside where there were 2 blood pressure machines, everyone had to write their names and get their blood pressure taken. The machines and pens where never cleaned or wiped between people not even alcohol gel to sanitise your hands. I have now been put in a room with 5 other people with only a bed sheet, I have 2 people ether side of me 3ft away, not even 6ft/2m apart and just left with no information on what is happening, how long I’ll be here, given no water, not even told where the toilets are.

After 10 weeks of looking at it sit on my drive the dvla gave me my plates.

This is my 1996 Suzuki carry 660cc j*p import, with 4x4 hi lo, difflock and a 2 1/2” lift ready for its camper shell to make it into my perfect mini overland home.
