I can’t believe I’ve completed my second school placement. I enjoyed every second of my time at Pensby High School. They genuinely want their trainees to succeed and support them in every way they can. They even treated me to chocolates and a thank you card. Now I’m halfway through the course. I can’t wait to go back to my first placement, and then roll on a well deserved holiday in Italy. I’m so ready for some sunshine ☀️

A little while ago, a kind gentleman reached out, hoping I could print a photo of his beloved dog, Oliver. The image was just a quick phone snap: blurry and low quality. Most photographers he contacted said it was impossible.

I knew that losing a furry friend leaves a space that nothing else can fill, and often the only thing left are the memories captured in a photo. I spent a few hours carefully restoring the image, improving the quality, and giving Oliver a backdrop that felt just right.

When he came to collect it, he was overwhelmed with emotion, seeing Oliver like that again was truly special for him. Recently, he sent me an email showing the picture proudly displayed on his wall. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do. Photography isn’t just about pictures. It is about preserving love, memory, and connection. ❤️

🌟 Exciting news, everyone! 🌟

I’m so thrilled to share that I’m starting a new journey as a History trainee teacher on Monday. History is my passion, and I can’t wait to dive in and share it with young minds 📚💛

But don’t worry, photography is my first love, so I’m not going anywhere. I still want to capture your family stories, milestones, and beautiful moments. Your stories mean so much to me, and I can’t wait to continue documenting them ❤️

Our Christmas sessions will be coming very soon, but as my PGCE year will be very intense, the sessions will now be only on Saturdays and Sundays. Keep an eye out for the announcement and make sure to book your slot early to avoid disappointment. If you’re on my newsletter, you’ll get the dates straight to your inbox, so no worries there.

I’m so excited for this new adventure in teaching, and even more excited that I get to keep doing what I love — photography — alongside it. Here’s to new beginnings and capturing more beautiful memories together ✨📸
