Capturing a big brother kissing his brand-new baby sister is easily one of my favorite parts of a newborn session. But images like these take a lot more than just pressing a button!
Two things are happening simultaneously out of frame here:
Safety first, always. Mom and Dad are quite literally inches away, ready to step in at any second. Sibling safety is my absolute top priority.
Lightning-fast fingers! Children and newborns operate on their own unpredictable schedules. When a sweet, tender moment like this happens, I have to be incredibly quick to capture it before the wiggle-giggles take over.
The result? A split-second core memory frozen in time forever. 🤍
