What a day for Eleanor & Phil yesterday!

Super relaxed morning getting ready, they got hitched at Guild Hall, celebrated with family and friends at Nanouk, then when a mega sunset appeared we jumped in the car and headed down to Fruit Market/ Humber Street to make the most of it!

A little fun fact too… I actually first met Eleanor a few years ago at Amy & Callum’s wedding who’s wedding was at social and she knew then she wanted to book me to capture her wedding!

It’s not often I get to create wedding films these days, as my business is now focused almost entirely on photography. But every now and then I get the chance to jump behind the video camera while working alongside my good friend at , and it’s always something I really enjoy.

This was Erin & Ryan’s wedding at the beautiful earlier this year, and it was the first time I’ve edited a wedding around the couple’s vows. It was such a nice change of pace and a chance to tell the story in a different way than I’m used to.

I definitely wouldn’t call myself a videographer, there are plenty of incredibly talented people out there doing that full time that I’ll always recommend and sing their praises! But I do love dipping my toes into video from time to time and challenging myself creatively.

Evie & Jack 🤍

What a day this was.

I’ve photographed loads of weddings at Bardney Hall over the years, so it was a real honour to be asked to capture Evie & Jack’s wedding, especially as Evie is Claire’s daughter, the owner of this amazing venue.

From the sunshine filled outdoor ceremony, to harp music on the lawn, an outdoor first dance and even an impromptu piano session later in the evening, the whole day felt relaxed, fun and completely true to them.

A brilliant couple, an incredible team of suppliers and one of those wedding days that reminds me exactly why I love this job.

3 years ago today 🤯

Honestly can’t believe how fast time flies in this industry… weddings you think were a few months ago suddenly turn into years.

Jayna & Sunny’s fusion wedding at Nailcote Hall is one I’ll never forget. They brought both an English ceremony and a Hindu celebration into one incredible day, from a beautiful ceremony to that insane entrance with smoke bombs and a drummer, then a packed dance floor all night… such a vibe from start to finish.

Felt like I’d known them forever, such a pleasure to be part of.

Happy 3 year anniversary you two 🖤
