Today I went to witness the Sir Chris Hoy organised Tour de 4. Unfortunately, Sir Chris was tucked in near the back of the first image.

It wasn't the best of days but what struck me most was how upbeat and friendly everyone was, many giving me a nod or even wee wave.

SIX DAY TRIAL
Over 50 years ago, lying in my tent one morning at Glencoe, I wondered what all the motorbike noise was. I later discovered that it was bikes participating in the Six Day Trial. It's only taken all that time to venture out for a look! But very busy and not easy to get images that aren't full of spectators or bikers working out their preferred route.
