Hi 👋 we thought it was time to introduce the business owners behind the brand - Michaela is the CEO and Lee is the sounding board, the biggest support and the husband! We are very much a family business, those who saw us at the NEC would have seen our two young children make an appearance on the stand at some point over the weekend 📸

We’re supported by our sales team (who look after our trade customers and resellers) and our technical department who are on hand to answer any of those tech queries or troubleshooting.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately as it’s been an incredibly busy couple of months. We exhibited at the Photo & Video show in Birmingham last month, we’ve launched the new Afidus ATL-800 4K camera, we’re running an amazing halloween offer on our 6k remote access camera & we’ve got some exciting news to come so watch this space 🙌

We’ve been so excited to get our hands on this, having tested it ourselves for months we can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed! The ATL-800 has been designed for long-term timelapse projects featuring motorized zoom and focus lens with enhanced 4k resolution!

Timelapse is increasing in popularity and we’re seeing more and more enquiries from a variety of industries who want to use timelapse photography for commercial uses.

The thing is, as with all creative outlets, there is an art to timelapse photography and sometimes a steep learning curve - not ideal for those needing a quick turnaround for a project starting imminently!

Whilst you can absolutely use your DSLR or GoPro, if you’re not familiar with timelapse you can face a whole host of issues in the post production process.

If you’re new to timelapse photography, we recommend using a purpose built camera - ranging from 720p to 6k, our timelapse cameras are simple to setup and create beautiful finished videos at the click of a button. They’ve been designed with timelapse in mind so issues such as lighting flickers are (mostly) autocorrected when the camera stitches together all of the shots taken.
