📸 Saturday. Skipbridge Farm. York.
Friends. Vows. Sunset light. And me — third-wheeling with a camera and loving every second of it.

Had the honour of photographing a wedding for some friends this weekend, and wow — what a day. Skipbridge Farm brought the magic (and the llamas 🦙), but the real beauty was in the in-between moments.

Geeky tip: It’s not about the fanciest lens — it’s about timing, trust, and tuning in. Want natural shots? Don’t pose them. Engage them. Make them laugh, let them forget you’re there, and boom — that’s the shot.

Weddings are fast, emotional, and gloriously chaotic. Get it right, and you capture something timeless.

(Well… 6 if we’re knockin’ off the COVID years – gotta be honest!)

Ey up! It’s been 8 years since I started this little venture, and I just want to say a massive thank you to every single one of you.

Whether you’ve been a client, a client-to-be, a follower, someone who’s tagged me, or even just an armchair supporter with a quiet thumbs up – you’ve played a part in this journey and I appreciate every bit of it.

I absolutely love my job – there’s nowt better than helping other businesses show off their amazing work through my photography. Knowing those images help them grow, bring in more work, and ultimately help them look after their families – that’s just awesome. It’s a privilege.

I’m beyond grateful I get to do this every day, and I honestly can’t wait to get stuck into the next 8 years.
