I’ve had to redo this for the 3rd time sure it being removed.. not sure what’s happening.

Benniworth Tunnel, Lincolnshire

This is the old line that used to run from Louth to Bardney, over 500 yards long!
It was hard to find but worth it after a few attempts!

Rumour has is the conductor roams around in there.. have a good look at the photo

This bunker, still as solid as the day it was built!
I often have a walk past these with my pooch, a local heavy anti aircraft gun site, a Cold War observer core underground monitoring post.

Nature is slowly taking over in places, still plenty to see!

I love history!
