So, Mouth Ulcersā¦.definitely the real-deal and a band that are deservedly going places with their name on everyones lipsā¦ā¦We, at MWIS, feel very fortunate that they agreed to be our special guests for the Friday night of our 4 night residency at Londonās O2 Kentish Town Forum in early November, Friday 6th to be exact. As with SpaceAcre, Wayne came across Mouth Ulcers online recently and liked what he heard and an invitation to join in with The Missionās 40th anniversary of the release of Godās Own Medicine was sent to and accepted by these exciting newcomers. The Mission, who are finishing up in the studio in Uruguay this coming weekend, will, on this particular evening, be performing a selection of songs from their āevenā album releases : Godās Own Medicine, Carved In Sand, Masque, Blue, God Is A Bullet, and Another Fall From Grace, as well as one or two new songs from Kith & Kin, their new album scheduled to be released by Cooking Vinyl early in 2027.
Tickets are also available for Wednesday 4th November with Claytown Troupe as our special guests and Thursday 5th when the fireworks will be going off with SpaceAcre. Tickets for Saturday 7th, with Power Of Dreams (who we shall feature here tomorrow) along with 4 Day Season Tickets, have sold out.
