WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BELTER OF A WEEKEND!

Not only were we blessed with this incredible heatwave, but I also had the honour of capturing TWO very special celebrations this weekend.

Friday brought something completely new and incredibly exciting for me — a beautiful West African pre-wedding ceremony. Unfortunately I don’t have sharing rights for those images, so I can’t show you just how stunning it was… but wow, what an experience! ️

Then on Saturday, Richard & Lucy two wonderful vet folk, tied the knot at the utterly breathtaking Normanton Church in Rutland, and honestly… what a day! The sun was absolutely scorching, and the newlyweds surprised their guests with the most picture-perfect drinks reception aboard the Rutland Belle

To make it even more magical, guests were treated to a string quartet playlist featuring classic songs from bands like Linkin Park — and trust me, hearing those arrangements drifting across the water sounded INCREDIBLE.

The celebrations then continued at the stunning Hanbeck Farm in Wilsford, and in weather like this, that courtyard genuinely feels like something straight out of the South of France!

Have I reminded you all recently just how much I absolutely LOVE my job?!

Social media may be a little quieter than usual right now because we’re deep into peak wedding season editing, and I’ve also been lucky enough to work on a few amazing projects that aren’t available for social sharing.

But just because the socials are quiet… definitely doesn’t mean I’m not busy

HANBECK FARM OPEN DAY

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with me yesterday at the stunning Hanbeck Farm Wedding Open Day. I absolutely love working at Hanbeck Farm – it truly is a beautiful venue with the most incredible team, and I’m so proud to be one of their recommended suppliers. It’s a real honour!

Yesterday was also my first time seeing their newly finished chapel, and it’s absolutely stunning. What do you think?

Some love stories come full circle… and this one truly stole my heart

I first met Ciara & Joe during a deeply meaningful time in their lives, creating a lasting memory for someone so incredibly special to them. It was one of those moments that reminds you just how powerful photography can be, preserving love, connection, and emotion forever.

So when they reached out again to ask me to capture their wedding day… it was an absolute honour

From start to finish, their day was everything they are as a couple, warm, relaxed, genuine, and filled with so much love. No fuss, no pressure… just two of the kindest souls celebrating their story in the most perfect way.

Set at the beautiful Belton Woods in Grantham, they chose an intimate daytime celebration surrounded by their closest people, followed by an evening filled with even more laughter, friends, and unforgettable moments

I was lucky enough to be joined by the wonderful Grace from , capturing every moving moment, while brought the fun later into the night

And let’s not forget that stunning cake, crafted by the incredibly talented , a true masterpiece to match a perfect day
