I have started a Personal Performance Diploma which is a qualification that teaches you about life coaching and achieving ultimate goals through the GROW model. That's a wrap! A tough and very rewarding day of filming yesterday. We'd like to thank everyone who gave their time, energy and expertise to make it happen, rain or shine.

The professionalism, rugged determination and character displayed by cast and crew was superb.

News on the post production to follow in the coming weeks.
