We’re heading back to Luttrellstown next week for the first of two Irish weddings this year. We absolutely fell in love with Ireland when we were photographing Rachel and Dale’s wedding last summer and cannot wait to be back.

Finishing touches are being added to our first gallery of the year and I feel like we’re off to one hell of a start: the kindest couple, a stellar team, one of our favourite local venues and to top it all off, some beautiful spring weather.

It’s taken me a few days to come down from the high of last weekend’s celebrations on the Isle of Bute and I honestly think I’ll still be processing the entire experience for some time; Flora, Max and their loved ones were an absolute joy. Their warmth infectious filled the entire weekend with so much energy.

We first visited Bute as a family a few years ago and fell in love with the island, so it felt serendipitous to return now, this time with the opportunity to fully immerse myself in its beauty and rich history.

To witness such an outpouring of love, in a place so cherished by their family, was an honour. One that will stay with me for a long time.
