Happy Chinese New Year! Year of the Horse! 🐴 🧧

I’m a big fan of China and its culture, so I wanted to create something to wish all my Chinese friends a Happy New Year!

Many years ago, I visited China and stayed in a place called Xi’an for a month, teaching English at a summer school. I know the irony of a Spanish person teaching English, lol. The students there gave me a Chinese name: 王诗 (Wáng Shī), which means “Poem.” I have always held this name very close to my heart. Isn’t it beautiful?

It’s your first baby, and I am your first newborn photographer.

This is a time of many firsts: first outings, first feeds, first baths, first sleepless nights… You feel tired and overwhelmed, and the last thing on your mind is a newborn/family photoshop, especially when you don’t feel at your best. I get it. 🫶🏻

Booking a session takes commitment, even more so if you have had a C-section. That is why my newborn sessions are never rushed. I welcome you into the studio as if it were your home. The heating and music are on, and a wide selection of pastries and hot drinks is ready for you to enjoy and relax.

I follow your baby’s pace; nothing is forced, and everything is handled with care and safety. There is plenty of time for feeding, changing, and settling. We talk about everything and nothing, and before you realise it, four hours have passed.

You leave with the joy of knowing that these precious moments with your baby have been beautifully documented—memories to cherish forever.
