Wedding photography isn't just about capturing the happy moment, but also offers an insight into social and historical times. As you can see in theses images some of the guests are wearing face masks. This wedding wasn't long after the Covid restrictions had been lifted so people still had to be cautious.

I've been lucky to photograph many weddings, from incredible backdrops like Tewkesbury Abbey, to a Nikah ceremony which is a traditional Islamic ceremony at the grooms parents home to a registry office celebration. I love to work with the happy couple and create sets of images that capture their day beautifully. I have a candid, documentary style and I think that works really well and highlights the true spirit of the day.
